The code lives in your repository, under your account, from day one. Every build ships with a written runbook and a five-minute walkthrough, and the monitoring is something you can see — not a dashboard only we can log into. Another developer can pick it up.
Why not just use Zapier or Make?+
For a two-step handoff, use them — we will tell you so on the call. Custom earns its price when the process has real edge cases, needs to run at volume, or has to keep working when a system it depends on changes shape.
What happens when it breaks?+
Automations decay: an API changes, a credential expires, a form gains a field. Anything that cannot be decided automatically lands in an exception queue for a human, and the alert reaches us before it reaches you. That is what the care plan covers.
How do you know it actually saved time?+
We measure the manual process before we start — times per week, minutes each, who does it — and then read the run log after. Both numbers go in the quarterly review. If the saving is not there, we would rather find out with you.
